* Auto‑generation runs on the rules you configure in Settings. You set the minimum days and hours required for each age or grade level, and the system won't let students submit the form until those rules are met.

No. They open your unique link and submit availability based on your time requirements in Settings, without creating an account.
Yes. The Starter plan includes a watermarked Excel of your timetable. The Full plan adds per‑workplace Excel files without the watermark.
Up to 10 students, scheduled by hand, with a watermarked Excel export. Everything that saves you the work — the Student link, automatic generation, emails and clean exports — is in Full. The pricing table above lists both side by side.
Create a free Starter plan account, then upgrade to the Full plan from Settings → Account when you're ready. The Full plan is paid; the Starter plan stays free with the features listed above.
You stay in control. You set the rules — levels, ages, grades, teaching hours, travel, lesson lengths — and the capacity calculator helps you pick numbers that actually fit. From those rules EasyO works out what availability it needs, so students can only ever submit time windows that comply. What it will not do is invent hours nobody gave it. If the maths does not work, EasyO tells you instead of quietly dropping a student.
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, if you have not substantially used Full plan features (for example generating or saving timetables, or using tools that are Full plan–only). After meaningful use, refunds aren't available. Full plan is sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See the Refund Policy for details.
