For school admins & IT

A rollout guide for whoever owns EasyO at your school

No software to install and nothing to configure centrally today. Here is exactly what happens between requesting a quote and your first teacher logging in.

What happens, step by step

Six steps, no procurement portal on our side.

  1. You tell us your size

Teacher count and rough student count, through the quote form on our schools & academies page.

  2. We send a quote and a short agreement by email

One page, plain language — the price band, what's included, and payment terms.

  3. You send us your teacher list

Name and work email for each teacher. A spreadsheet or a pasted list both work fine.

  4. We create each private account and email a login link

Every teacher gets their own EasyO account, the same way an individual teacher would — nothing shared, nothing pre‑configured for them to undo.

  5. Each teacher does their own short setup

Workplaces, working hours, and their own students — exactly like any individual EasyO teacher. There is nothing for your IT team to install or configure centrally.

  6. One invoice, one contact

You get a single yearly invoice for the whole school, and one email address for anything that comes up afterward.

What we'll ask you for

Have these ready and the quote‑to‑first‑login gap stays short.

  • Your school or institution's legal name and billing address
  • A named billing contact (who the invoice and renewal notices go to)
  • Your teacher list: name and work email for each teacher
  • A rough student count (this is what sets your price band)
  • Preferred invoicing currency — CHF or EUR
  • Optional: the column headers your existing admin system expects, if you want lesson exports mapped to it

Questions your IT contact will ask

No. There is nothing to install. EasyO does not support SSO/SAML login today — each teacher signs in with their own EasyO email and password. If single sign‑on is a hard requirement for your school, email us before you commit; we would rather know upfront than after.

Yes — the export can match your system's column headers. Tell us the format you need and we'll set it up for your school before rollout.
Deactivate them yourself from your roster — it never deletes their data. We'll adjust your invoice at renewal.
The same one point of contact from your quote email. No ticket system, no tiers — you'll reach a person.
